The process is simple: Come in and sample from our wide selection of wines. Select your favorite varietal. We’ll help you start your batch suited to your tastes with varying amounts of oak, sweetness, level of tannins, etc. Come back in 4 to 6 weeks to bottle, cork and label your wine.
